Gervin A. ApatingaPostdoctoral Researcher

Dr. Gervin A. Apatinga is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Community Health Sciences at the Cumming School of Medicine, University of Calgary, Canada. He has research interest in water (in)security, climate change, gender dynamics, population health, migration, and domestic and gender-based violence in diverse sociocultural settings. His recent work examined the impact of water inaccessibility and distant water collection on women’s health and livelihoods in rural Northern Ghana.
